Climate Science on Trial?

Interesting to note on Watts up with That? a piece identifying the fact that, under legal scrutiny, a number of flaws show up in the "proved" case for "Climate Science". A highly qualified Professor of Law has examined the climate science arguments and concludes that it would not stand up under cross examination in a court of law. His paper entitled Global Warming Advocacy Science: A Cross Examination, makes interesting reading.
